Returns

If you would like to return or exchange your item please get in touch via hello@napoleongoods.com as soon as possible.

We can offer a refund if we are contacted within one week of receiving the item, and it is returned to us within one week of the refund request. We can offer an exchange if we are contacted within two weeks of receiving the item, and it is returned to us within one week of the return request. Returns outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.

Sale product is non-refundable and non-returnable. All discounted sales are final.

Goods can only be returned if they arrive back to us in perfect, resalable condition (including packaging). The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Faulty Goods

If you have received a faulty item please contact us within 48 hours via hello@napoleongoods.com

If an item is deemed faulty we will offer you a refund or replacement. We will reimburse you for any incurred postage costs. 

Payment + Pricing

All pricing listed is in local currency (either NZD or AUD) and includes GST. Payment for goods needs to be received in full before your order is dispatched.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Afterpay payments via our online store. If you would like to pay via bank deposit please get in touch with us at hello@napoleongoods.com

Large Orders

if you would like to place a large order with us (eg: you are unable to ship this via our online store) then please get in touch and we can process this manually for you.
