Free standard shipping on NZ and AU orders over $200.
Flat-rate shipping applies to orders under $200, calculated at checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
New Zealand delivery
- North Island: 1–2 business days from dispatch
- South Island: 2–3 business days from dispatch
Australia delivery
- NSW / ACT: 1–3 business days
- VIC / QLD: 2–4 business days
- SA / TAS: 2–5 business days
- WA / NT: 3–6 business days
Free shipping excludes WA and NT.
If an item is out of stock in Australia, it will ship from New Zealand and international rates apply. Please allow 4–8 business days for delivery.
Rural and regional addresses: allow an extra 1–3 business days.
Need a signature on delivery? Please let us know when you order, as this isn't the default option for all addresses.
Oversized orders
Free shipping covers standard orders over $200. Oversized orders have an additional shipping fee, calculated at checkout. For bulk orders, get in touch and we'll sort the best shipping option for you.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't turn up, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and we'll sort it out with you.
