Orders are dispatched same or next business day (may take slightly longer during peak periods).
- NZ North Island: from $5, 1–2 days
- NZ South Island: from $10, 2–3 days (rural +1–2 days)
- Australia: from $10, 1–4 business days
We ship from both NZ and Australia, usually from the same country as your delivery address.
Returns & Exchanges
- Refunds: contact us within 1 week of delivery, return within 1 week of request.
- Exchanges: contact us within 2 weeks of delivery, return within 1 week of request.
- Faulty items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free refund or replacement — we'll cover the return postage.
- Items must be unused and in original, resalable condition with packaging.
- Customer covers return postage. Sale items are final — no returns or refunds.
